- To send transactional emails (for example, replies to a contact form submission) using third-party email infrastructure such as Resend.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To send occasional updates or content if you opt in (for example, subscribing on a related newsletter such as tamaraashworth.substack.com). You can unsubscribe at any time.
3. Sharing of information
Your information is not sold. It may be processed by the third-party services the Site relies on to function:
- Vercel for hosting and standard server logs.
- Resend for sending transactional email when applicable.
- Customer relationship and email tools (for example, GoHighLevel) if your inquiry is routed into a CRM for follow-up.
- Substack if you choose to subscribe to a related newsletter; in that case, Substack’s terms and privacy policy apply.
- When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
4. Data retention
Information you submit through the contact form or by email is retained only as long as needed to respond, maintain a working relationship, or comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your information at any time by emailing tamara@tamaraashworth.com.

The Site links out to third-party platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Substack, and partner businesses. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
