What I build

My work sits at the intersection of real estate investing, acquisition research, service-business operations, and AI-supported owner systems. I have run and exited a marketing company, built FlowSystem AI, and now document the operating layer behind a multi-brand portfolio.

Where AI fits

AI is the operating layer, not the whole identity. The goal is to remove repetitive follow-up, research, drafting, routing, and reporting so the human stays focused on judgment, relationships, capital decisions, and the rooms that matter.

What I write about

I write field notes on AI systems, multi-agent workflows, real estate acquisitions, RV park investing, short-term rental underwriting, and the practical tradeoffs of running businesses with humans in the loop.
